"Sponsor-A-Clinic-Night" invites you to fund the operational costs to run the
Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic for just one night. Your contribution will help
provide healthcare to 30-50 working, uninsured Lafayette Parish citizens in
one single evening. A sponsorship of $1,500 will fully cover expenses on either a Tuesday
or Thursday evening, allowing volunteer healthcare professionals
to serve clients who desperately need this service.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

[] FULL NIGHT BACKER ($1,500)
Funding covers operational expenses for the Clinic for one full night.

[] HALF NIGHT BACKER ($750)
Funds 1/2 the operational costs for the Clinic for one night.

[] STAR CONTRIBUTOR ($250)
Your contribtution will assist the operation of the Clinic for one night.

The Clinic will provide on-site eligibility screening for
employees of businesses who areFull Night Backers.
